There is no review control procedure within the Excelsior Opera Hotel. The reviews are classified in chronological order, they are written and published freely by customers without compensation, and published within 3 days of their writing.

The Hotel Managment can, if it wishes, respond to reviews, but both the responses and the review cannot be modified.

The non-publication of a review for whatever reasons is the reponsability of Customer Alliance, the Excelsior Opera Hotel has no operationnal role in the publication.
